The data processer:

A third party processor instructed by the data controller - We use several data controllers - these are third parties that gain access to your information and details only when required for the function of our services to you. Some of our data processers are:

  • Stripe Payment Gateway: We transfer some of your data to Stripe when you make a payment on our website.
  • Google Analytics: If you have not opted out of Google Analytics in our 'Cookies Consent' popup then some limited data will be sent to Google Analytics to help us track who is visiting our website, when they are, and where they are coming from.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS runs both our website server and email server - so any information you enter into our website via a form will get sent via their service and some information will be stored on the server for a limited time.
  • Our Order Shipping Company: We use a warehouse in England for storage and shipping to send your orders to you when you complete an order on our website or via direct contact (e.g. phone). We need to send them certain information of yours so they know where to send your orders.
  • Mailchimp: If you have signed up to our Newsletter we will share certain information with Mailchimp in order to know who to send the newsletters to.
